Week 4 of October 🍂 The mild warmth during the day and the pleasant, refreshing days will continue.A light natural wine for lunch, a flavorful broth-based dish for dusk, and a more mellow wine for the evening—wine is perfect for any time of day during this season. This season, we haven't been able to get our hands on any fresh porcini mushrooms from Italy and the EU. The mushrooms will be domestic varieties or truffles, We have a variety of dishes on our menu that evoke the feeling of autumn. Please come and relax. 10th Anniversary Announcement ✨ Thank you for your continued patronage. On November 1st, Kor will celebrate its 10th anniversary. Having worked in business for a long time, I've seen a lot and gained a wealth of diverse experiences. Even on enjoyable days in sales, and on tough days when progress seems stalled, and on days when I am thanked, and on days when I am thanked, and on days when I receive kind words, and on days when things are difficult, Somehow, somehow... We've come this far. The initial goal was 10 years. It was November 1, 2016, that I began to resolve to protect it for 10 years no matter what. Reaching this point is something I'm proud of in my life. Naturally, I, the owner, am solely responsible for this shop. I always told myself that I would end up alone, and that's how I believed in myself, encouraged myself, and moved forward.I often hear people say that being a business owner is lonely. But that wasn't the case. Before you know it, you'll find yourself surrounded by friends. When you work late into the night, My friends who stay behind to help even though they have to get up early tomorrow, Friends who shared my worries and encouraged me, Even with incredibly difficult bookings that seem impossible to fulfill, I have friends who will give 200% and overcome them together with me. The many friends who went through both good and bad times with me supported Col, and in turn, supported me. The greatest asset of these past 10 years is not that this store still exists here today, Meeting many friends, Or, our supportive customers, To everyone involved, This is how I met them. I was able to meet many people, learn a great deal, and receive a great deal of happiness. I would like to express my deepest gratitude here. Looking back on those 10 years filled with memories, We talked about cheerful things, and also about completely silly things. I'd like to hold a day on November 1st where we can all talk together. We will be open as usual from 3 PM on that day. Please feel free to come and visit. On that day, we will not have our regular menu available. There will likely be times when standing is the main mode of transport. We will provide some simple snacks. (More details will be posted later.) With much gratitude, Let's have some time to chat.

First week of October Time flies, and there are only three months left in the year. We're in the final stretch. It looks like the clear autumn weather will finally return. It looks like autumn is in the air. Pacific saury, barracuda, sweet snapper, venison, chestnuts, pumpkin, mushrooms, and fresh porcini mushrooms will be available from the second week, and truffles will be available from the start of the autumn season 🍄‍🟫 Autumn is the perfect time to enjoy wine; please relax and take your time.
